Damian Idiart
Damian Idiart handles personal injury cases, social security/disability claims, bankruptcy cases, and criminal defense. He has been practicing since 2001 and is licensed to practice in Oregon, Idaho, and Utah. Damian has served as a pro tem judge and a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Jackson County. Damian’s past community service includes serving with La Clinica del Valle, the City of Central Point Planning Commission, Junior Comets, and Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1999. Damian is fluent in English and Spanish.
John Almaguer
John Almaguer specializes in immigration law and is licensed in California. He joined Idiart Law Group in 2009 after ten years working for Catholic Charities and in his own private practice. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is an active member of the community, giving presentations about immigration law to civic groups on a regular basis. John graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1994. John is fluent in English and Spanish.
Justin Idiart
Justin Idiart began practicing in 2011 although he has been working in the legal industry since 1998. Justin graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel L. Harris in Jackson County Circuit Court. He also received an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2007. Justin is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jared Idiart
Jared Idiart handles personal injury claims and settlement negotiations. Jared has been working at Idiart Law Group since 2004. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Economics. Jared is fluent in English, Spanish, and Guarani.
Aaron Nadauld
Aaron Nadauld handles personal injury claims and settlement negotiations. Aaron joined Idiart Law Group in 2008. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in History. Aaron is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Albert Idiart
Albert Idiart handles wage loss claims and marketing projects. Albert joined Idiart Law Group in 2005 after owning a landscaping business in the Bay Area for 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco. Albert is fluent in English, French, and Basque.
Donna Malfavon
Donna has been the receptionist at Idiart Law Group since 2009. She is also pursuing her degree by studying at Rogue Community College. Donna grew up in the Rogue Valley. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Henriette Irissarry
Henriette handles medical records requests and has worked at Idiart Law Group since 2008. Prior to working in the law office, she worked in the California University System. She is fluent in English and Basque.
