Jackson County, Oregon (Hwy 99) – A local Central Point resident Kevin L. Norman (69) was killed in a motorcycle crash mid-day Saturday, November 25th, 2023.
Kevin Norman was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound towards Central Point when a Hyundai Elantra turned left onto Hwy 99 from a side street (Elk St), turning into Mr. Norman’s path of travel, causing a side impact collision that killed Mr. Norman.
Mr. Norman was declared deceased at the scene. Medford Police, Central Point Police and Oregon State Troopers were on scene to investigate the crash that shut down Hwy 99 for over two hours. ODOT assisted in closing the busy highway for this fatal accident.
